BOUNDARY SURVEYS
Defines property lines and true property corners of a parcel of land described in a deed. It also indicates the extent of any easements or encroachments and may show the limitations imposed on the property by state or local regulations.
SUBDIVISION SURVEYS
Boundary and topographic surveying to produce tentative maps for minor and major land divisions. New boundary and final maps prepared to be recorded at the local governing body.
CONSTRUCTION STAKE OUT
Surveying and staking for various stages of construction. Can involve staking specific elements for roadways, bridges, buildings, and utilities. Those elements can include curb and gutters, center lines and base lines of road ways, building corners, sewer lines, and a multitude of other items.
ELEVATION CERTIFICATES
Used to certify building elevations, specifically if the building is located in a Special Flood Hazard Area.
LETTER OF MAP AMENDMENT
Documenting and processing of application for removal of a structure from a Special Flood Hazard Area
TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY
Depicts the configuration of the Earth's surface. Including elevations, contours, and the location of natural and artificial objects.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A metes and bounds description for the purpose of identifying the property for a legal transaction.
SITE PLANS
Surveying and digital mapping for proposed improvements to a parcel/lot/existing structure.
